Jeonju makgeolli town is well known for cool makgeolli, a hearty side dishes and generous hospitality. There are Pyeonghwa-dong makgeolli town, Seosin-dong makgeolli town and Samcheon-dong makgeolli town in Jeonju. In Pyeonghwa-dong, there is a mountain near the street, so there are many people who drink makgeolli after climbing. In Seosin-dong, most of restaurants serve samgyetang(chicken soup with ginseng) for the side dish. it is difference from other restaurants. But representative makgeolli town is in Samcheon-dong. This is the place where most of makgeolli restaurants are concentrated. Just with 12000won - 15000won, you can have a kettle full of makgeolli and 12-20 side dishes. When you order one more kettle of makgeolli, they serve new side dishes continuously. Not to mention the flavor is great. So when you visit Jeonju, just enjoy Jeonju.
